We offer a 10 minute free consultation for new time clients for initial guidance & where  w e  may prescribe you with personalised tinctures.

From there, we offer an initial 45 minute consult which will help us to understand the root of your health histor & start to delve into ways that we can work to harmonise your mind + body.
