When you create things that look pretty, taste delicious and nourish your body it’s a true act of self care. This summer parfait recipe is very simple and easily adaptable to your preferences, so tune in with your body and get creative!
Ingredients you will need:
Yoghurt (we used natural coconut yoghurt)
Seasonal fruit of choice (we chose dragonfruit & raspberries as it was summer time when we created this)
Hemp or Pumpkin Seeds
In a mixing bowl, mix 1/2 – 3/4 cup yoghurt with a Tsp of Elixir.
Find a pretty glass or bowl that you love, and begin by filling it with yoghurt.
Prepare your fruit of choice (peeling & cutting if necessary) and place in a pattern of your choice on the top of the yoghurt
Fill in the gaps with a sprinkling of elixirs, and the seeds.
Enjoy for breakfast, a snack or dessert.
